"I Want to Know Myself" Letters - The Happy Gang

One of our biggest challenges is self-knowledge: discovering who we are and how we are, and what we want to be and can be.

In “I Want to Know Myself” you have 30 illustrated cards – with questions and activities for you to ask and discover who you are – and a book that helps you explore these questions alone or with your family. It's going to be an incredible trip!

For children aged 11 and over (although it can be used with children of any age and also with adults)

Contains - 30 illustrated cards with 30 self-knowledge theme questions and a self-discovery exercise proposal. The illustration on each card works as a visual clue that also encourages reflection.



Suggestions for use:

The best use - whatever is most convenient for you and gives you the most pleasure, serving your purpose at the moment!

The worst use - using it in a hurry, with a band-aid, without purpose, without commitment, without calm.

The challenge of the day - daily (at the beginning or end of the day) the pre-teen randomly draws a card from the deck, reads the question and the proposed challenge. Plan alone or with an adult what you need to start developing the proposed challenge. At the end of the day, reflect alone or with an adult on what conclusions and answers you reached, what you found and reflected on.
